Block Pastramy Veal Entrecote

This wonderful taste, which has been used for centuries and has survived to the present day, is prepared by using the meat obtained from the entrecote part of the veal. Meats go through processes such as specially formulated fenugreek, drying, pressing and salting. As well as it is sold in blocks, it is cut in the desired amount.
